ReplyDeleteMumbai Grahak Panchayat is certainly doing best work in the field of consumer education, awarness, and collective purchasing by forming the "Grahak Sangh". I really appreciate the efforts and the spirit of all concerned. One thing I would like you to suggest is can you introduce the system of using the credit cards, debit cards for the payment of grahak sangh monthly dues.Most of our members are best educated and own many banks debit/credit cards.Even the sahakari bhandars etc, accept debit/credit cards.You need not alway swipe your card for using the same.When the yearly subscription of magazines or internet purchases can be made by credit cards without swiping,why not the Grahak Sangh monthly dues. Further for frequent user of such cards is getting benefits such as cash back why deprive our own members who are regular, disciplined members of such benefit. I am sure if you look into the matter seriously you can find out some system of payment by such cards. Afterall we always object to the bad, unhealthy,unethical,illegal, and unpatriotic systems but always follow good systems introduced by western countries.
